At Nautilux, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If your purchase doesn't fit, isn't the right colour, or simply doesn't meet your expectations — we're here to help.
How to Start a Return
If you'd like to return an item, please contact us within fourteen days of receiving your order at info@nautilux.eu.
Please include your full name and order number in your message. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with return instructions.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within five business days.
Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:
- Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Always include your order number with your return shipment.
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns or exchanges.
- Returns are only accepted within fourteen days of the delivery date.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the return parcel reaches us safely. We are not liable for items lost or damaged during transit.
- If only part of an order is returned, any discounts or promotions applied to the original order may no longer apply.
Received a damaged or defective item? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@nautilux.eu and we will make it right.
Duties, Taxes and Import Fees
For international returns, any applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Nautilux does not reimburse these costs.
