At Nautilux, we offer a wide range of payment methods so you can pay in the way that suits you best. All payments are processed through a secure SSL/TLS connection, ensuring your data is always protected.

Credit card & Debit card

Pay quickly and easily with your Visa, Mastercard or Maestro card. Your card details are never stored on our servers and are processed exclusively through a certified payment provider.

iDEAL

Pay directly through your own online banking environment. iDEAL is the most popular payment method in the Netherlands and ensures a fast, secure transaction without third-party involvement.

PayPal

Pay with your PayPal account and benefit from PayPal's built-in buyer protection. You never need to share your bank details with us — everything goes through your PayPal account.

Klarna – Pay Later & Pay in Instalments

Through Klarna, you have several flexible payment options:

  • Pay Later: Receive your order first, pay afterwards. You get a payment period of 14 to 30 days to settle the amount.
  • Pay in Instalments (Slice it): Split your purchase into multiple payments. Ideal for larger orders where you want to spread the cost over time.
  • Pay Now: Pay directly via Klarna using your bank account or card.

Klarna performs a soft credit check for Pay Later. This does not affect your credit score.

Bancontact

For our customers in Belgium, we offer Bancontact as a fast and secure payment method directly linked to your Belgian bank account.

Bank Transfer

Prefer to pay manually? No problem. After placing your order, you will receive our bank details by email. Your order will be processed once payment has been received, which typically takes 1–2 business days.


Payments & Security
Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes, absolutely. Our website is secured with an SSL certificate, recognisable by the padlock icon in your browser and the "https://" in the address bar. All payment data is encrypted and processed through certified payment providers. We never have access to your full card or bank details.

Which currencies do you accept?

All prices in our store are listed in Euros (€) and all payments are processed in euros. If you pay from a foreign account or card, your bank or card issuer may apply exchange rate fees or transaction charges.

Are there any extra charges for using Klarna or other payment methods?

No, we do not charge any additional fees for using a specific payment method. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay. Please note: for Pay in Instalments via Klarna, Klarna itself may charge interest depending on the selected plan.

When will my payment be processed?

Payments via iDEAL, credit card, PayPal and Bancontact are processed immediately. Bank transfers take 1–2 business days to reach us. Klarna payments are managed by Klarna directly — the payment deadline is stated in your Klarna payment request.

How do I know my payment was successful?

After a successful payment, you will immediately receive a confirmation email from us with a summary of your order and the amount paid. If you have not received a confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service team.

My payment failed. What should I do?

Don't worry! First, check that your payment details are entered correctly and that you have sufficient balance or credit limit available. Then try again, or select a different payment method. If the issue persists, please contact our customer service team — we're happy to help.

Klarna
How does Klarna Pay Later work?

With Klarna Pay Later, you receive your order first. Klarna then sends you a payment request by email, giving you a payment window of typically 14 to 30 days. You pay directly to Klarna, not to us. Klarna also offers a convenient app where you can manage all your purchases and payments in one place.

Does Klarna affect my credit score?

Klarna performs a soft credit check when you choose Pay Later or Pay in Instalments. A soft check is only visible to you and does not appear on your credit file or affect your credit score.

Refunds & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it and you will receive a full refund. Refunds are processed via the same payment method as the original transaction. Depending on your bank, this may take 3–5 business days. For Klarna refunds, Klarna processes the reimbursement after we have confirmed the cancellation on our end.

Is my personal information safe when paying online?

Yes. We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). We never share your information with third parties without your consent, except with our payment providers who are bound by the same strict privacy legislation. You can read more in our privacy policy.
